I have a Yahoo! problem, much like everyone else on your site. When I try to log in I get a message saying my password is invalid. NOPE! I know I'm typing it in correctly. So I try to use their "recover password/request new password" feature, but receive a message saying that my account has been deactivated. If I weren't paying for the mail service, I wouldn't be that angry, but I subscribe to Yahoo! Personal Address ($35.00)! I have not received any clues or explanations as to why my account has supposedly been deactivated. I figured they would send a notice to one of my alternate email addy's. I can still find my user profile in Yahoo's database; the email account still accepts mail from outside sources; and I can still access the website/domain I chose when I signed up for Yahoo's premium service. I use my Yahoo email for business, as well as personal matters. Tried to contact Yahoo Customer "Care" several times today, to no avail. I neither received a human reply the last time I tried to contact them, regarding a different problem. As you can imagine, I am at my wit's end. I wrote down two different phone numbers for Yahoo, one of which I got from your site; the other number came from the BBB website. Not sure if there's any point in calling and wasting cellphone minutes, based on previous posters' comments. How can I get this resolved?? I don't want to just eat the $35 I paid, for a website which I can no longer tweak. HELP!!
